18.11.2024Prof. Caroline Maake received the Golden Owl teaching award at the ETH Day 2024

The Golden Owl, awarded by VSETH, ETH Zurich's student association, recognizes outstanding teaching. One ETH lecturer per department is selected based on an anonymous survey, open mid-May, where students rate teaching from the past two semesters. Student associations then review additional criteria to choose their department’s winner.

Prof. Caroline Maake was honored by the VSETH president during the ETH Day ceremony on November 16. She received the Golden Owl of the departement D-HEST for her teaching in the BSc Human Medicine program.
